The Jiu-Jitsu Journal is a weekly planner that is designed for those who train Jiu-Jitsu.
Each page was customized by a member of the Jiu-Jitsu community who found that combining life priorities with Jiu-Jitsu was the best way to lead a productive lifestyle.
The journal offers typical weekly planner features such as boxes for daily to-do’s and due dates as well as monthly views. A box for errands with checkboxes and a box for thoughts/ideas are available per weekly view.
The organizational features for Jiu-Jitsu training include a box for mat goals that will correlate with techniques to achieve those goals. Fill in the dates when you drilled and mark the amount repetitions per date.
Write down what you would like to “less of” and what you would like to do “more of” each week. This can pertain to life, another priority, Jiu-Jitsu or all three.
Water cops for each day of the week allow you to keep track of water intake throughout the week.
A page with inspirational quotes from top athletes in both Jiu-Jitsu and Judo give motivation whenever need be.
Notes section in the back give room for space needed.
